Introduction to Yoga-Breath Work and Sound Healing Workshop 10am-1pm Sunday 20th June

I'm delighted to be offering our first workshop at Glolifewellness in our private Studio based in Sale Cheshire.

It is the Summer Solstice the longest day also known as Midsummer, a time to appritiate and celebrate the sun, and the longest day we recieve the most sunlight before the days begin to shorten.

The workshop we have created is an introduction to Yoga-Breathwork and Sound Healing.
It is perfect for all levels, especially for anyone wanting a taster experience to dip their toe into Yoga Breathwork or Sound Healing.

We will start the day with a gentle Beginner Flow Yoga class perfect for someone who is brand new to Yoga and anyone wanting to improve on the fundamentals. The Yoga session will be with Gem. She will slowly break down each pose, share modifications and teach you how to move with your breath, so no prior experience is necessary.

After Yoga, we will have a short break where a range of complementary natural loose Teas and Coffee will be available from local suppliers.

You may bring your snacks too if you choose.

Bathroom facilities are available throughout the workshop with a hand sanitising station.

The Yoga flow is followed by Breathwork & Guided Meditation session led by Rophin. This session may assist with sleep disorders, anxiety and stress, allowing your body and mind to relax, reset and unwind fully.

We will break again then.....

The workshop will end with a Sound Bath where you will experience waves of calming and harmonising tones to bring balance to mind and body, which may help to relieve stress, headaches, boost self-esteem and clarity of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new rules, you will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket cushion and water bottle.

The contraindications of the workshop are pregnant women and pacemakers

(Due to the Sound Bath Therapy)

Gem, Ro and Bev are looking forward to welcoming you onto the workshop.
